Billed monthly by invoice, paid by bank transfer (ACH) or card through Stripe. Snowflake usage is billed to you directly by Snowflake. Cancel with 30 days’ notice after your first 12 months. Prices in US dollars, before applicable tax.

Wes runs operations and sales at a Houston building-products distributor: single-family hardware, garage doors and commercial doors and frames across Texas. Odin was built at that counter, and it runs there every day.
Volundr exists because the tools that keep a distributor’s orders right should belong to the distributor, and should know construction the way the people behind the counter do.

Before you reserve
Do we need a Snowflake account?
Yes. Odin runs inside your Snowflake account. If you don’t have one, we set it up with you during deployment, and you pay Snowflake directly for what you use.
Does Volundr see our data?
No. Odin runs in your account and your data stays there. We see only what you choose to share with us, such as an error report.
Which ERPs do you support?
Microsoft Dynamics GP first. Other ERPs connect through scheduled file exports while we build direct connectors.
What if Odin gets it wrong?
Nothing goes out without a person’s approval unless you’ve written a rule that allows it. Every action is logged, and every correction becomes a skill Odin keeps.
Can we get our reservation back?
Yes, in full, any time before your deployment starts. Email us and we refund it to the account you paid from within 10 business days.
